Adrienne Coates is the Founder of Se7en Controlling Industries Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to helping healthcare practices and service-based businesses optimize operations, stabilize revenue, and scale with intention.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in medical practice management, Adrienne has successfully built, restructured, and grown healthcare businesses from the ground up. Her background spans compliance, credentialing, revenue cycle optimization, and full-scale operational oversight. She has played a key role in launching and stabilizing both surgical and med spa practices, including driving patient growth through strategic outreach and system implementation, even during challenging economic periods.
Adrienne is known for her ability to quickly assess inefficiencies, identify revenue gaps, and implement structured systems that create long-term stability. Her approach is both analytical and intuitive, combining data-driven decision-making with real-world operational insight.
